Job Overview

Compensation: $25-$35/hour based on qualifications and experience.

Objective:

The Aqua Zumba Instructor is responsible for conducting engaging classes throughout the week, primarily in the evenings. This role involves designing dynamic lesson plans and ensuring that participants perform exercises with proper technique. A successful instructor will inspire and motivate individuals of varying fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing enjoyable and innovative lesson plans suitable for participants of all fitness backgrounds.
  • Curating and managing a music playlist that complements each session.
  • Delivering instructions through both demonstration and verbal guidance.
  • Adapting exercises for individuals with specific physical needs or limitations.
  • Monitoring class attendance consistently.
  • Organizing themed Aqua Zumba sessions to engage clients and sustain interest.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all workout activities.

Instructor Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Successful completion of an Aqua Zumba instructor training program.
  • Proven experience as an Aqua Zumba instructor.
  • CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal instructions.
  • Skill in conducting classes that accommodate all fitness levels.
  • Energetic and personable attitude.
  • Capability to motivate and encourage individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
