Position Overview:
This role offers a competitive rate of $35-$45 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Primary Objective:
As a Spin Class Leader, you will be responsible for conducting multiple classes throughout the week, including early morning and evening sessions. Your role will involve crafting engaging and dynamic lesson plans, ensuring the proper utilization of spinning bikes, and maintaining a clean and safe workout environment. Success in this position requires the ability to inspire and motivate participants of varying fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing enjoyable and innovative lesson plans suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Curating and managing a playlist of suitable music for each session.
  • Delivering instruction through effective modeling and clear verbal communication.
  • Ensuring safe and proper use of equipment by all participants.
  • Providing personalized exercise suggestions for individuals with physical limitations or injuries.
  • Monitoring attendance for each class.
  • Organizing themed spin classes to engage clients and sustain interest.
  • Maintaining a clean and secure workout space.
  • Ensuring that all equipment, including microphones, sound systems, and spinning bikes, are in optimal condition.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized spin instructor training program.
  • Proven experience as a spin instructor.
  • Current CPR or first aid certification.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal instructions.
  • Skill in conducting classes that accommodate all fitness levels.
  • Engaging and approachable personality.
  • Capability to motivate and challenge individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
