Ideal Image Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Client Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and visitors
- Manage multiple client priorities, including troubleshooting calls, schedules, and clinic operational activities
- Offer world-class customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage treatment book schedules, assist clients with scheduling needs, and optimize schedules
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes, including payment management
- Provide clinic tours to new clients and promote medical aesthetic services and products
- Clinic Operations:
- Verify client information, medical history, and confirm purpose of visit in accordance with protocols
- Chaperone services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic, including treatment rooms, and organize inventory
- Assist with inventory intake and recordkeeping, ordering supplies, and maintaining HIPAA-protected records
- Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in a retail, restaurant, or related in-person environment
- Working knowledge of business tools, including MS Office Suite, phone systems, Point of Sale systems, and CRM
- Proven track record of creating excellent customer experiences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize client experience and clinic operational duties
- Ability to operate with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive customer health-related information
- Ability to gain a working knowledge of products and services to assist with client questions
- Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocol
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keep up with a high volume of activity and continuous growth/change
- Clear and engaging communication skills, including effective written and oral communication
