Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in their homes, utilizing your expertise in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in their homes, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and make recommendations to physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and maintain inventory control of respiratory supplies.
  • Participate in discharge planning and prepare patients for transition to home care.
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on respiratory care and equipment use.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by AdaptHealth LLC.
  • One year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
