Job Summary:

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and services in the comfort of patients' homes. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients in their homes, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and airway clearance.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans to meet patients' needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 patient support.
  • Maintain knowledge of respiratory equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree from an accredited respiratory program.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by AdaptHealth.
  • One year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
