Key Responsibilities
- Identify and promote person-directed care principles, ensuring a resident-centered approach to care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality clinical care and support.
- Provide leadership and guidance to caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
- New Jersey Registered Nurse License in good standing.
- Experience in person-centered care households, with a preference for those with MDS and geriatric resident experience.
- CPR and IV certifications.
