Role Overview
The GivingFuel online donation platform, along with its associated Webconnex products, is at a pivotal stage of expansion. The Director of GivingFuel will spearhead the strategic initiatives to capitalize on recent investments in the platform.

As the General Manager of the GivingFuel division, this role will coordinate sales, marketing, support, finance, and product functions, driving the platform towards unprecedented growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the public representative of GivingFuel, producing product demonstrations, hosting webinars, and creating engaging content to assist customers in enhancing their fundraising efforts.
- Engage with existing clients to provide updates, share resources, and prioritize customer retention.
- Pursue new client acquisition through personalized demonstrations and outreach.
- Collaborate with the Webconnex Marketing team to manage the GivingFuel brand and website.
- Partner with the GivingFuel Solutions Team to deliver exceptional support and onboarding experiences.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the GivingFuel platform based on market needs.
- Conduct research and implement new pricing strategies and marketing resources for clients.
- Develop partnerships with external organizations to better serve GivingFuel clients.
- Present updates on platform progress to the Webconnex board of directors.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive knowledge of the nonprofit sector and fundraising dynamics.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting or equivalent SaaS platform management experience.
- Familiarity with the online donation platform landscape and tools utilized by organizations to optimize fundraising.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in public speaking and persuasive writing.
- A personable and engaging demeanor to attract organizations to utilize GivingFuel.
- Leadership experience with a focus on cultivating a successful team culture.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
