Position Summary: The Irrigation and Lighting Technician will deliver exceptional service to clients by installing and maintaining irrigation and landscape lighting systems, inspecting backflow units, and assisting with holiday lighting installation and removal, along with various other tasks during the off-peak seasons. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Flexibility is required as duties may vary. Candidates must be capable of digging, moving, and lifting in a fast-paced environment, with no physical restrictions, and be prepared to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions. Responsibilities may include contacting clients to arrange service appointments.

The technician will utilize hand or power tools and may operate ladders. Typical tasks may involve a combination of the following: digging, installing and repairing sprinkler and irrigation pipes, installing and repairing landscape lighting, replacing light fixtures or bulbs, winterizing irrigation systems, and reopening systems in the spring.

Qualifications: A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required. Previous experience and Backflow Certification are preferred, or the ability to pass a licensing examination.
