Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Licensed Psychologist at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to a team that values autonomy, professional development, and client care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on providing accessible and flexible scheduling
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in regular case consultation groups and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Thriveworks team
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
