Shopmidriversmall is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products, services, and company initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Perform cashiering, stockroom, and store upkeep tasks as needed
  • Meet or exceed sales metrics and performance goals

**Physical Demands:**

The Retail Sales Associate role requires standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week. During peak sales periods, you may work for long periods throughout a 1-12 hour day. You will also be required to stoop, kneel, reach, and pull to place merchandise on customers' feet and stock storage racks. You may be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs to stock and acquire merchandise. You will be required to lift items weighing 5-25 lbs. regularly, with occasional heavier weights.
