The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Ambulatory Pediatrics Primary Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, families, and units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness under the direction of a provider or RN.
- Perform clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver compassionate, consistent, and reliable care.
- Participate in direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with patient education and health promotion activities.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Less than two years of LPN experience, or less than 1 year of UVMMC employment, or an LPN with two or more years of LPN experience, and less than 6 months of UVMMC employment.
