Position Overview:

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) role is a pivotal administrative and clinical leadership position responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of therapists and clients. Each team is assigned specific clients and includes a Senior Therapist, Lead Therapists, RBTs, and ABA Therapists. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is tasked with assessing clients, crafting treatment plans, and supervising the training and execution of the client's programs. This position collaborates closely with Program Coordinators and the Clinical Director to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

  • Salary: We provide guaranteed base salaries with additional earning potential, with total compensation packages ranging from $98K to $108K+
  • Referral Bonuses: Generous and unlimited referral bonuses available
  • Work Hours: Center hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skills and behavior assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients
  • Develop detailed treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to client care
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to optimize client outcomes
  • Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as active partners in their child's development

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising RBTs
  • Licensure in the state of Maryland is required or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families
