Clinical Supervisor BCBA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor BCBA to join our team at Verbal Beginnings, LLC. As a Clinical Supervisor BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to a team of therapists and clients. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and oversee the training and implementation of client programs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
- Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs
- Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire
- Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed base salaries with other incentive earning potential, with total compensation packages ranging from $98K - $108K+

- Center hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends
