Banking Associate

Job Summary:

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating customer transactions in a fast-paced financial center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Refer products and services to customers to enhance their financial experience and achieve their goals.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Use sound judgment to identify and mitigate loss.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
