Ciocca Automotive Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Flemington. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and outgoing payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Experience in the industry is welcomed but not required - we will train the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math
