Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address each student's unique communication needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, aligning with Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom and support students' overall academic success.
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Indiana state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
