Job Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assembling advanced electro-mechanical components and ensuring our high-quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling complex electro-mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials.
  • Performing functional tests and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Conducting job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering (through-hole and surface mount) using hand tools.
  • A strong understanding of schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location.
