About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and temperature readings.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English language skills.
  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
