Our Sales Associate Specialists are accountable for all facets of the customer journey, including but not limited to:

• Engaging as a member of a high-achieving team through trust, dedication, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Establishing rapport with customers from the initial greeting, addressing inquiries, and assisting in product selection through to post-sale follow-up.

• Actively promoting and participating in team selling to positively influence store sales performance and achieve metrics goals.

• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, as well as conducting inventory counts.

• Supporting the maintenance of fitting room areas, including returning items to the sales floor as necessary.

• Accurately processing all customer transactions, exchanges, store credits, and returns in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Ensuring that the sales floor in your designated area is well-stocked and adheres to merchandising guidelines regarding color, size, and category.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise and supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
