Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Avante at Leesburg, a Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assessment, treatment, and program planning for residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Provide Physical Therapy services to residents in accordance with state regulations and established standards of practice.
  • Conduct individual and group treatment sessions as assigned by the Physical Therapist and outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of the National Certification for P.T.A.
  • Current state licensure or license eligible.
  • 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
