Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a generous time-off package.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing/undressing. You will also assist with basic health care needs, including obtaining and recording vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and completing tasks related to food preparation and dining.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) and a minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred. You must also be able to pass a background check and maintain all department-specific required certifications.
