Job ResponsibilitiesAs a skilled nursing professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records and documentation
- Adhering to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments
To be eligible for this position, you will need to possess:
- Active state licensure in relevant states (e.g., RN, LPN, PT, OT)
- Minimum years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility specialty
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
