Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bistro Server to join our team at The Ackerly at Sherwood. As a Bistro Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in our Bistro and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as bartender and server for the Bistro, lobby (if applicable) and lounge areas.
  • Follow established policies, procedures and core service standards, and assists with food preparation as directed or needed.
  • Organize, order, stock and serve food and beverage in the Bistro and adjoining areas such as the lobby or lounge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Must meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Three years' experience as a Barista or two years' experience as a bartender preferred.
