This is a full-time on-site role for our Project Manager in the Highway and Road division. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks such as project scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control. They will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Estimating and pricing project change orders will be required during project management duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
  • Estimate and price project change orders

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in heavy civil project management
  • Experience in expediting and logistics management
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control
  • Experience in inspection and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Heavy Civil Construction: 1 year of experience
  • Project management: 5 years of experience
  • Project Estimating: 1 year of experience
