Management Trainee Internship

As a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn the ins and outs of running a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. You'll work alongside a team of professionals who will guide and support you every step of the way.
This internship is a 10-12 week commitment, with the opportunity to start from the 1st day of training in May. You'll be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
During your internship, you'll have the chance to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fleet of vehicles
- Take care of customers
- Develop marketing strategies
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university
- Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
