Key Responsibilities
Assess, design, and implement rigorous product reliability testing protocols to guarantee the highest quality products are provided to our clients.

Conduct server hardware reliability assessments, stress testing, failure analysis, and statistical evaluations throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware developers and systems engineers.

Engage in hands-on hardware reliability testing, stress evaluations, failure analysis, and statistical assessments.

Collaborate with engineering and other cross-functional management teams to define operational project requirements, solutions, and timelines.

Innovate techniques and methodologies to expedite failure detection and understanding of mechanisms, supporting technology transfer to high-volume production.

Perform root cause analysis on issues, recommending and managing the implementation of suitable solutions.

Effectively communicate progress, status, and challenges to management in a concise manner.

Participate in product design and reliability evaluations during new product development to ensure the durability of product design and manufacturing processes.

Identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Domestic and international travel may be required after a period of employment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering preferred) with 0+ years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience in computer/server hardware repair and troubleshooting is preferred.

Familiarity with server and network technologies.

Understanding of server component installation/uninstallation, connectivity, and basic networking is preferred.

Proficiency in batch scripting, Windows PowerShell, and Python is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of testing methodologies, including writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.

Experience in analyzing statistical data.

Strong analytical and hands-on skills are essential.

Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
