About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to our senior population, addressing their mental health needs and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our senior patients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with Medicare guidelines.
  • Participate in local community education initiatives to promote mental health awareness and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.

About Us

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals aged 65 and older experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and promoting quality of life for our patients.

  • Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
