About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Partnership Specialist to join our team at Snap Inc. The successful candidate will build and manage partnerships with independent media agencies to expand their digital presence on Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define strategies and priorities to maximize the impact and value of Snapchat's advertiser solutions through independent agencies.
  • Hold responsibility for the financial performance of your agencies, ensuring annual and quarterly partnership targets are met.
  • Act as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your agencies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts.
  • Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone determining the salary range for the position. The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually in Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), $160,000-$239,000 annually in Zone B, and $143,000-$214,000 annually in Zone C. This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program and equity in the form of RSUs.
