About the Role

Universal Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for driving financial excellence and strategic growth across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize hospital financial performance
  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and operating reports
  • Supervise the preparation of reports outlining hospital financial position and operating profit and loss statement
  • Participate in the preparation and timely filing of federal, state, hospital association, third party, and other financial reports as required
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial experience, preferably in a healthcare organization
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and federal and local tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to coach and develop employees
