Position Summary
We are looking for a Wound Care RN to deliver safe, compassionate, and comprehensive wound care to patients. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to apply your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing expertise within a multidisciplinary framework.
Key Responsibilities- Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize your nursing education and experience to provide care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance the quality of care, patient experience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Encourage a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare team members.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or to be obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited program of Enterostomal Therapy or satisfactory completion of a substitute program during the first two months of employment.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
- Previous enterostomal experience preferred.
- Two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience.

The pay scale for this position is $75.87 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and certifications. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
