Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Progressive Care Units to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
