Aquatic Safety Specialist Job Description

Protecting Lives, One Pool at a Time

AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Aquatic Safety Specialists. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at our assigned aquatic facilities by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations fairly and consistently
  • Monitor pool water chemicals and maintain a clean and enjoyable aquatic environment
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Report any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 15 years old by date of hire or completion of lifeguard course
  • Must be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend
  • Must be able to work all weekends throughout the summer
  • Must conduct themselves in a professional manner and be attentive and focused
  • Must have a current nationally approved lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first aid certificates or obtain before the beginning of the season
