Job Summary:

AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals to fill the role of Summer Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at our aquatic facilities by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
  • Monitor pool areas to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety checks to ensure proper pool water chemicals and equipment are functioning properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of pool activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the pool.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 15 years old by the date of hire or completion of the lifeguard course.
  • Must be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend.
  • Must be able to work all weekends throughout the summer.
  • Must conduct themselves in a professional manner and be attentive and focused.
  • Must have a current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certificates or obtain before the beginning of the season.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $16.70-$18.00 per hour, plus overtime and bonus opportunities.
