Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide discharge planning to ensure clients receive the necessary support.
  • Comply with relevant regulations, including 65-E15, SAMHPO, and AOP standards.
  • Complete Targeted Case Management training and adhere to AHCA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and billing for all service provision.
  • Work in office and field settings, including traveling to State Hospitals to monitor county-assigned individuals.
Requirements
  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field
