Position Overview:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily activities of the service line crew. Your role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of operations and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, organize, and coordinate the daily functions of the service line team.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and drive operational efficiencies at the work site.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and work areas prior to job commencement.
  • Implement corrective measures to address deficiencies that may lead to accidents or inefficiencies.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
  • Train and mentor Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line procedures.
  • Facilitate safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety policies.
  • Manage project-related vendors and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in industrial services, emergency response, or related fields.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and manage emergency situations.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to operate vehicles safely.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with clients and management.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergency response.
