Job Summary

The HCA Nurse Residency Program at LewisGale Hospital Pulaski provides a comprehensive and supportive environment for new graduate nurses to transition into practice. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will work collaboratively with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and develop your clinical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
