Job Summary

As a skilled nursing care specialist at SSM Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role requires a strong nursing background and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
