Nursing Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care plans, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to acute, subacute, and chronically ill residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
- Maintain accurate inventory of medications and ensure proper distribution
- Monitor residents for medication side effects and report significant changes to physicians
- Participate in report meetings and communicate with residents, guardians, and family members
- Provide teaching and training to residents and families as needed
- Ensure preventative measures are in place, including skin checks and turning/repositioning schedules
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- No experience required
Work Environment:
Our nursing team works in a fast-paced environment, providing care to residents with varying levels of acuity. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality care.
