This position is responsible for analyzing, identifying, and recommending process enhancements or discontinuation.

The role considers the full lifecycle of specific processes and through analysis and stakeholder feedback will recommend proposed changes to support timely delivery of quality products and services to both new and existing clients.

All activities are in support of and at the direction of the authorized individuals(s) within FM Global.

The scope of the Scheduling Services Business Analyst's responsibilities is to analyze, create, and determine the return on investment and needed resources for enhanced and new services.

Ongoing communication, including updates with stakeholders, will be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify process enhancements or discontinuation opportunities
  • Recommend proposed changes to support timely delivery of quality products and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and input
  • Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High School or GED
  • A degree in business and risk management or university coursework is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Preferably within an insurance or other regulatory environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook

The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
