Your responsibilities will include the regional implementation and upkeep of IT infrastructure in accordance with the standards established by Saint-Gobain Technology Services. A thorough understanding of the specific IT needs of each facility and business unit is essential to ensure efficient operations and reduce downtime. Furthermore, your contributions will be vital in advancing operational technology and manufacturing 4.0 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, develop, and troubleshoot local data centers within a designated region.
- Install, configure, and maintain a variety of IT systems and technologies, including Microsoft Windows servers, VMware, storage solutions, and more.
- Utilize Service Now ITSM to track incidents and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor infrastructure for availability, capacity, and utilization metrics.
- Engage in change management and incident management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT and/or technical manufacturing environments.
- Certifications in technologies such as VMware, Switching/Routing/Firewall, or IT Service Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to work occasional off-hours and provide on-call support.

- Base salary range: $77,400 to $120,100 annually.
