Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Planning and Scheduling:** Create and manage project timelines, ensuring clarity in task assignments and milestones. Regularly assess progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

2. **Financial Management:** Oversee project budgets and financial allocations, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans. Track expenditures and generate financial updates for stakeholders.

2. **Skills:** Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

3. **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and relevant industry regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools.

4. **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide project teams towards successful outcomes. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, adaptable to evolving project needs.

5. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. PMP certification or equivalent credentials are highly preferred.
