The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role within a collaborative team, providing essential support to various departments and closely partnering with the Community Manager. This position is vital in delivering exceptional service to homeowners while upholding and enhancing property standards.

Wendell Falls represents a modern community concept in Wendell, North Carolina, blending small-town charm with urban convenience. Located just a short distance from a rapidly growing metropolitan area, it offers a unique lifestyle for those seeking both tranquility and accessibility. The community is projected to feature approximately 4,000 residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educating homeowners and providing them with necessary materials and assistance
  • Conducting compliance inspections and documenting any violations through photographs and records
  • Issuing notices regarding property maintenance and aesthetic concerns
  • Managing and coordinating the fine process
  • Reviewing architectural submissions to ensure proper documentation
  • Responding professionally to resident inquiries via phone and email
  • Submitting maintenance requests to staff and vendors as needed
  • Processing assessment payments and managing weekly debit transactions
  • Welcoming residents, guests, and vendors at the association office

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in HOA operations is preferred
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and effective time management skills
  • Self-driven, reliable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods and attend community events as required
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for meetings
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required
