Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of plant maintenance procedures, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and process instrumentation.
- Knowledge of 480V C3 motor starters, variable frequency drives, and distribution systems.
- Documented training in welding, fabrication, and metalworking.
- Experience with reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, and wastewater treatment systems.
