We are seeking an experienced HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at Sparks Wiz Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide remote support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote Diagnostics and Support: Utilize remote monitoring tools and software to diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to on-site technicians and clients via phone, video conferencing, or remote desktop tools.
  • Analyze System Data: Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues remotely.
  • Installation and Configuration: Assist in the remote configuration and calibration of HVAC systems.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Develop and recommend remote maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of remote support activities, including diagnostics, resolutions, and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with on-site technicians, engineers, and project managers to coordinate support and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or associate degree in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong background in commercial or industrial HVAC systems. Experience with remote support or virtual troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficient in remote diagnostic tools and HVAC system software. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for remote interaction with clients and team members.
  • Certifications: Relevant HVAC certification (e.g., EPA certification) preferred.
