Job Title: Registered Nurse - Redlands Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Redlands Healthcare Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and participate in resident care of skilled patients, ensuring their needs are met and their comfort is maintained.
  • Manage and administer IVs, medications, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist with the overall supervision and management of the nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee admissions of new skilled patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our care.
  • Make rounds and provide report, keeping physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of patient status.
  • Perform skilled care assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
