Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute planograms and monthly promotional displays that align with company strategies
  • Follow and maintain general space planning guidelines, including product placement and presentation
  • Analyze and measure success using sales and space productivity metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support and maintain two-way communications with the field and office regarding planogram effectiveness and opportunities
  • Maintain space planning systems and data warehouse integrity
  • Support the marketing team with new store and remodel aisle directories
  • Answer merchandising-related service tickets in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in visual and planogram discipline within retail or related field
  • 2+ years of experience using industry-accepted space planning software (Blue Yonder, Apollo, or other); certification desired
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid project management skills, including timing and action planning
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information to drive actionable insights
  • Capable of managing multiple complex projects and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
