Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher

We're seeking a skilled Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher to join our team at GEICO. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders when they need it most. Your primary responsibility will be to dispatch emergency roadside services, such as locksmiths and tow trucks, to assist our customers with vehicle-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service and support to policyholders in emergency situations
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and training to ensure excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
