New Home Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled New Home Sales Professional to join our team at McKee Homes. This individual will be responsible for selling and promoting our new homes, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and measurables, with a strong focus on delivering high-performance results.
- New Home Sales: Sell and promote our new homes, including model homes, showcase homes, and available homesites, showcasing the McKee Builder story to all new prospects.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and consistent follow-up with current buyers from initial contact to after closing, maintaining records of all communication in LASSO.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous onsite sales experience is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as driving is an essential function of this position.
The estimated salary for this position is $$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40-50 hours of work per week, with eligibility for one weekend off per month. Travel is expected for this position, typically within your local area but may require travel to other areas as needed.
