As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, mentoring and educating staff, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Mentor and educate staff on best practices and care protocols
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient care delivery
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- LPN license (required)
- 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long Term Care (preferred)
- Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 per hour
