At Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, IT Testing to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivering moderate to complex projects in alignment with our clients' expectations and business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in IT testing and have been part of at least one end-to-end implementation cycle. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is also required.

Key responsibilities will include taking QA ownership of programs such as platform modernization, product testing, or strategic projects involving the implementation of Dev/TestOps and optimization efforts. You will also be responsible for developing high-level system testing approaches with stakeholders, managing people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams, and assigning and monitoring work of subject matter expert personnel.

Additionally, you will lead and communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams, establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting procedures, monitoring performance in project control activities, and preparing and distributing reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.

Other key responsibilities will include organizing and leading risk identification and risk analysis sessions, collaborating with GTS stakeholders and vendors to continually improve infrastructure, processes, and systems, and identifying/suggesting tools to improve test efficacy and efficiency.

As a Senior Manager, IT Testing, you will be accountable for project/program/client communication, managing offshore/onshore interaction and stakeholder communication, escalation management, and proficient in industry-standard testing methodologies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IT testing

Should have been part of at least one end-to-end implementation cycle

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills

Understanding/exposure to Electronic Toll Collection domain/AFC/Parking domain

Strong knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, SQL

Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices

Strong project/delivery management skills

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.

The estimated salary range for this role is $122,000 - $150,000.
